For Peggy you need:
A T-Shirt
1. cut T-Shirt across front as shown
2. cut straight across at the back
3. cut strip off bottom
4. cut triangle down centre
5. place strip between 2 sides of triangle knot; knot triangle around strip
6. tie strip in bow for halter
